Meeting House Hire Rates
The Meeting House has two rooms for hire. There is a large, open upstairs room with a balcony overlooking the forest known as the Meeting House. The second, smaller room downstairs is known as the Garden Room.
The rates quoted apply to both rooms.
Weekdays: Monday to Friday, from 8.00am until 5.00pm; $25 per hour. $185 per 8-hour day.
Any evening after 5 pm, Saturdays, or Sunday afternoons: $22 per hour. $150 per 8-hour day on Saturdays.
Booking Both Rooms: If you book one room and would like to add the second room (the Garden Room with kitchen for example) the rate is $220 for the full day. However, this depends on the availability of both rooms.
